Music Ministry

The purpose of this ministry is to support the scriptures of our faith through music. Our goals are to provide the highest quality of music as possible while supporting the congregation in worship. There is strength in numbers and this department has over 78 participants making it one of the largest continually meeting groups in the church. If you are looking for a means to support our church with your time, this may be the avenue you’re looking for. There is something for everyone!

The Cherub Choir - The Cherub Choir is a group made up of pre and elementary school students. It is an energetic and enthusiastic group. They meet in the Youth Room Sunday mornings at 9:00am. Parental encouragement for participation is greatly appreciated.

The Bell Choir - This group is now in its 17th year. It has become a very recognized choir in the area. We now have a good solid core of ringers which means that we are now performing at a level 6, which is the most difficult music written for handbells. The Bell Choir performs monthly. Rehearsal is on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM in the Bell Room. Please join us!

The Chancel Choir - What a choir we have! These dedicated folk perform at the 11:00 AM service several times a month. This choir also includes many soloists, duets and trios that embellish our worship services with their special music. We can always use more in the other sections also. So, don’t be shy. Come join us in singing the praise of Jesus. We meet Wednesday evenings in the Choir Room at 7:30 PM.
