Active Christian Seniors (ACS)
The Active Christian Seniors (ACS) is a group that meets for lunch, a program, and fellowship. Luncheons are held most months throughout the year and are typically held the 2nd Monday of the month. You don’t have to be a senior to share in the fun. Cost of lunch is $6/person.
This group provides great ways to spend time in fellowship with other folks in our church and community! Our monthly luncheons feature games, conversation and fun information at the start of the gathering around 11:30 AM. A nutritious lunch is served around noon followed by a program. Each month a new speaker, entertainer or guest is brought in for the program.
The Active Christian Seniors also take day trips at certain points of the year.
The group also raises funds to help Blankets+, a mission through Church World Service (www.churchworldservice.org) that provides tools and blankets to people in need around the world!
