Senior High and Workcampers - Grades 9-12

Our Senior High Youth group meets many times throughout the year. We gather in friendship as we grow closer together to God. We share our life experiences, spend time in the Word and re-focus our hearts back to Him!

Some of our Senior High youth participate yearly in Workcamp, a mission trip experience through Group Workcamps (www.groupworkcamps.com). These week long trips re-focus on God and use the experience of serving to shape and change the lives of both you and the people you are serving.

Throughout the week a group of 400 teens from across the nation descend upon a town to share and show the love of Christ in a very practical way! You could be helping a needy family by painting or rebuilding a home or installing a wheelchair ramp. It’s a great chance to meet new people, see God at work through you and most importantly strengthen your connection with Jesus in a week of work and worship. It’s an experience you’ll never forget!

In, 2009, our church was blessed with the amazing opportunity to host Workcamp here in Canonsburg! What a great experience it was to cover our community in His love and serve those living in our neighborhood. The support from local businesses and individuals was astonishing and many lives were touched in a way that only God could! We are so thankful to every person who shared their time to support Chartiers Creek Workcamp.
