The kids at CUPC are an active bunch. Here are just some of the opportunites for youth up to grade 6:
Kids’ Club - Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd
Just for kids in Kindergarten through 2nd grade! We have fun learning about Jesus through song, Bible stories and crafts and also do service projects. There are two ten week sessions, fall and spring, and are held Fridays from 6:00-7:30PM.
3rd–6th
The 3rd through 6th grade Youth Group program at Canonsburg U.P. Church meets Wednesdays at 5:00 to 6:30 PM. We meet each week for “Salt and Pepper” questions, “Run Around” fun, “Mind Boggling” investigations, and “Hands and Feet” projects. Join us!
Vacation Bible School - Ages 4 through Grade 6
Members and friends join us every summer for an action packed week of fun, excitement, worship and learning.
2011’s Vacation Bible School theme was SonSurf Beach Bash. Our children learned about cool sea creatures like clownfish, dolphins, and sea turtles. As they explored the wonders of the beach, they also got Big Answers to the Big Questions about Jesus: Who is Jesus? Why can I trust Jesus? Why do I need Jesus? How can Jesus help me when I mess up? What does Jesus want me to do? SonSurf Beach Bash VBS introduce the kids to Jesus, the Savior. It was the most rewarding week they’ll ever spend at the beach!
