Each week I will be bringing to you on this page "Reflections" for the Week.

This Week’s Reflection:

Prayer Reflections for the week:

1)      How does prayer help you face your daily struggles?

2)      I Thessalonians 5:17  Pray without ceasing”.  As you go through your daily life, how can you have a more prayerful outlook on the activities you’re engaged in and the people you encounter?

3)      John 17:  15 Jesus prayed, I am not asking you to take them out of the world but I ask you to protect them from the evil one. God promises to protect and watch over us always.  He shall not ‘lead us into temptation’ as the Lord’s Prayer asks.

4)      As we are sent out into the world, we do it with the love and protection of God always. He also asks us to share that love with others.  Who are you praying for that needs extra encouragement, love or forgiveness this week? Ask God to guide and strengthen you to offer the right word and deed to share God’s love.

Preach the gospel always; use words if necessary.”

St. Francis of Assisi
