Children's Moment

Every Sunday, all children are invited to the front as Pastor Don presents a brief lesson just for the kids.

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School will be held July 8-12, 2024. This year’s Vacation Bible School theme will be “Rocky Railway”. VBS is held for kids ages 4 – Grade 6.

Cherub Choir

The Cherub Choir is a group of children in Kindergarten-6th grade who love to sing songs to the God who loves them. It is an energetic and enthusiastic group. They meet in the Choir Room (#206) Sunday mornings at 9:00-9:30 AM. Parental encouragement for participation is greatly appreciated.

Sonshine Station | Sunday at 9:45AM

Sonshine Station is our youth & family ministry program which happens each Sunday at 9:45 AM. It’s a place for preschoolers-6th graders to gather and learn about a God who loves them and is with them always.  Our program has two levels: preschool and school age:

Preschool/Kindergarten

Our preschool/kindergarten program is centered on giving our youngest kids a first impression of their loving heavenly Father.

Everything we teach is based on one of three simple, but powerful, truths. It’s constructed to meet your children where they are cognitively, spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially. Through age appropriate activities, children are building their spiritual foundation so that by the time they graduate to the School Age program, they know these three basic truths:

· God made me.

· God loves me.

· Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

School Age

Our school age program, for 1st through 6th-graders, is designed to provoke discovery and invite kids into a new understanding of how to grow in relationship with Jesus. It’s dedicated to helping  children grow in wisdom, faith and friendship.

Everything we teach in this program is based on one of three basic, but powerful, truths modeled by Jesus:

· I need to make the wise choice.

· I can trust God no matter what.

· I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

In addition to the content taught during the program, parents are equipped with the “Parent Cue” app that allows the same content to be discussed further at home with engaging questions, encouragement and reminders. In combining the efforts of church and home, our goal is to bring kids into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Middle School & High School Student

Middle School Youth Ministry

Hey 6th, 7th & 8th graders! Join us and bring a friend as we study of God’s Word, do service projects and hang out together. We meet Sundays from 9:30-10:30 AM. Through the year we also have Lock-In events, Mystery nights and other fun fellowship.

High School Youth Ministry

Our focus for high schoolers is to provide connection with their peers, connection with their community, and most importantly, connection with Christ. We believe we can do this by engaging with them in worship, fellowship, prayer, scripture, and service. It is our hope, through these engagements, that they will continue to stay connected to Christ through high school and beyond.

We meet  Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30 AM in G-03.  During this time, we’ll play a game or do some other crazy activity. We then take the opportunity to delve into God’s word. Our study time varies from video or book studies, to current events or open forum. As always,  we also have snacks and drinks.

In addition to our weekly meetings, we also offer activities to just have some fun and in service to our community. Movie nights, mini-golf, lock-ins, food pantry. Engaging our high schoolers through these activities gives them the opportunity to relax and to put their faith in action.
